AR Rahman to hold concert in Malaysia on July 27

The Bukit Jalil National Stadium is set to host yet another spectacular live music concert – this time showcasing the talents of the legendary musical maestro and multi-award-winning artiste, AR Rahman, who will enthrall audiences on July 27.

Organised by Star Planet, AR Rahman Live in Kuala Lumpur 2024 will commence at 8pm and promises to captivate the audience with a mesmerising performance of over two hours.

Star Planet's managing director, Datuk Alan Foo, expressed his excitement in bringing Rahman to Malaysia for this momentous event.

"This AR Rahman Live In Kuala Lumpur 2024 represents a significant milestone for Star Planet as we continue our mission to deliver entertainment experiences to Malaysian audiences.

"Rahman's music transcends boundaries and speaks to the hearts of millions worldwide, and we are honoured to present this extraordinary opportunity for fans to witness his brilliance live on stage," said Foo at a press conference recently.

Meanwhile, Star Planet director, Datuk R.Rajendran said the concert will showcase a spectacular fusion of musical genres, featuring Rahman's signature hits alongside new compositions all brought to life by a stellar ensemble of performers.

With a career spanning over three decades, Rahman has garnered global acclaim for his contributions to music, earning prestigious accolades including Academy Awards, Grammy Awards and Golden Globe Awards.
